Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a simple to access, convenient and straightforward grants. To better support businesses in the next phase of transformation, which may require more substantial investments and longer term commitments, PSG have the following features:
- Funding of up to 70% of cost;
- Increase in grant caps;
- Pre-scoping of IT solutions and equipment with prequalified vendors (for IT solutions); and
- Simplified grant processes.
SMEs can use Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) grant in upgrading and strengthening their basic business processes in core areas such as Integrated Solutions, which, in turn, can be providers of Customer Relations Management System (CRM).
PSG Singapore: Who Are Eligible?
Technically, all local SMEs in Singapore can apply for a PSG grant if those SMEs meet the criteria set by Singapore Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG):
- Those SMEs applying should be registered and currently operating in Singapore;
- The minimum local shareholding of those SMEs is 30%;
- The annual turnover of the SME does not exceed $100 million OR has an employment size not exceeding 200 employees
How Can You Start Your PSG Application For Integrated Solutions?
Interested companies can apply for the PSG through the Business Grant Portal (BGP) from 1 April 2018.

Step 2. Complete your company profile – Your ACRA details will be filled in automatically. Check the information and complete additional fields.

Step 4. Get updates – As your application is processed, you will receive updates through the Portal.
Step 5. Accept your offer – If your application is successful, simply log in to accept your Letter Of Offer.
