  • Responsibilities
  • To further strengthen our market share in Thailand, the Sales & Account Manager shall be responsible for growing the revenue & servicing of existing customer accounts.
  • Responsible for acquiring new accounts, growing business, introducing our portfolio of services and solutions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers of the account being managed for up-selling opportunity and increase of total ICT spending with RapidCloud.
  • Strategically manage the complete sales process.
  • Responsible for the execution & optimization of all sales and marketing activities.
  • Partner Project Engineer to ensure that projects are implemented effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure sales target are met.
  • Ensure proper closer of projects and invoicing to customer.
  • Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT / Business Development or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years sales related working experience in web related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Creative, service-oriented and results-driven.
  • Highly motivated and independent.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Online marketing experience, knowledge / experience in web hosting, design and SEO will be an advantage.
  • Position is open to Filipino only.

Project Management

IT Project Coordinator (Project Engineer)
  • 1 position (Thailand)
  • Responsibilities
  • Able to liaise with Sales Manager and/or customers to gather requirements.
  • Work with Programmers and Web Designers to ensure timely delivery of web projects.
  • To perform software delivery activities according to customer’s requirements in a timely manner.
  • To constantly keep up-to-date in technology advancement and ensure skill set are relevant.
  • Duties also include problem tracking, diagnosis, troubleshooting, resolution and escalation.
  • Able to work independently
  • Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in a related discipline
  • Candidate with at least 1 year project co-ordination, IT systems development and product configuration experiences would be ideal
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Good communication skill and team player as well as a good self motivator and able to take initiative
  • Experience in programming, asp.net, c#.net or vb.net,PHP, would be added advantage though not a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL server and MySQL database
  • Would be added advantage though not a must

Admin Assistant

  • To provide timely response to technical requests & ensuring compliance to our ISO 9001 guidelines on Quality Management.
  • Possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science / IT or equivalent with minimum 1 year working experience in customer support environment.
  • Responsibilities
  • Answering and/or directing telephone enquiries to the appropriate staff
  • Assist in office administration including managing office resources, travel administration
  • Handle requisition of office stationery, pantry supplies , coordinate repairs and maintenance of all office equipment.
  • Ensure daily operation of administration needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Assist in any adhoc duties when required.
  • Ensure that the office is properly maintained and comply with safety regulations; documents are kept and office supplies are well stocked.
  • Provide administrative support primarily to the CEO and secondarily to the senior management team in the office.
  • Managing a varied workload often under pressure with minimum supervision in a demanding and changing environment.
  • Maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality in all matters attended to.
